Notifications
NethLink uses the operating system notification system to:
- Alert you to incoming calls
- Show the status of calls
- Confirm successful actions
When call summary is enabled for your user, NethLink can also show an operating system notification when a call summary is ready.
- You can enable or disable this behavior from the NethLink notification settings.
- Clicking the notification opens NethVoice CTI History in the browser for the related call.
- NethLink does not provide a dedicated summary viewer: summaries and post-call transcriptions are reviewed in CTI.
- If notifications are disabled, generated content remains available later from CTI History.
